Community

We value music education and the many benefits the performing arts bring to our children’s education. Your band program is an important part of the “fabric” of a well-rounded education for students, parents and the community. We feel that “giving back” to our community is a sound investment. Each year, Big Note invests over 500 community service hours to support a variety of musical activities: Marching Band Exhibitions and Contests, District Honor Bands, District Large Group Performance Evaluations, Repair Seminars and Workshops.

We strive to provide a “solution” for our customer’s challenges. The primary reason why we started the company, was because directors told us “repairs take too long”. So, we created a business model that provides “same-day”, “on-site” quality repair services with trained and professional technicians.



Instrument Rentals

Big Note offers an innovative instrument rental and purchase program where you can “rent to own” beginner and performance level instruments. You can upgrade, exchange or return the instrument at any time. Best of all, if you decide to purchase your instrument you can save 40% on the remaining balance with no extra costs!

On-Site Repair

Big Note is the largest mobile instrument repair company, serving over 500 school music programs. We repair both student-owned and school-owned instruments. You’ll love our same day, on-site service! We also offer an annual maintenance plan to keep your instrument in great shape and save you money.

Maintenance Plans

For as little as $68 per year, you can get unlimited repairs and adjustments for your instrument. Inspection and repairs (if needed) are required prior to enrolling in the maintenance plan.
