Contactless Instrument Repair

To help keep your instrument playing well during remote learning, Big Note Mobile Instrument Repair is making it easy. Each week, we have technicians in your community and we can repair your instrument on site. To keep you safe, our technician follow all CDC guidelines, including wearing masks, gloves and we disinfect your instrument before and after we repair it.

We will contact you when we arrive and you can leave your instrument on your doorstep for our technician. After we finish the repair, we will place the instrument on your doorstep for your convenience.

If you have chosen remote learning this semester, we can still service your instrument. Because a few school systems have limited access to their campus, we have a couple options for you.

Schedule Repair

Option 1: Meet at your School

If you have access to your school and can leave your instrument with your director, we can schedule your repair during our normal route in your community and repair your instrument at school. Sign up for our service and our dispatcher will contact you to schedule your repair.

Option 2: Meet at your home

If you would like us to come to your home we would be happy to repair you instrument on site. Our technician will contact you when they are on the way and you can leave your instrument on your front step. We will complete the repair, disinfect your instrument and return it to your doorstep. *A home visit will be an additional $5 trip fee.
